Victory O. Idiagolor is a farmland investor, business strategist, and storyteller pioneering a movement called AgriCapitalism — where knowledge, capital, and farmland unite to build Africa’s wealth from the ground up.

As the founder of AgriCapitalist Academy and CEO of Maxx & Heights Global Ventures, Victory is empowering a new generation of agripreneurs to build profitable, sustainable, and scalable agribusinesses across Africa.

Before founding these initiatives, he worked under the Shell Petroleum Development Company’s GMoU program, where he mentored 62 communities and supervised over ₦500 million worth of development projects — experience that now fuels his mission to make agribusiness a true engine for wealth creation.

A passionate educator and author of six books and several toolkits on agribusiness, leadership, and investment, Victory continues to bridge the gap between knowledge and opportunity. He also hosts The AgriCapitalist Podcast and runs Victory Idiagolor Studio on YouTube, where he shares actionable insights, stories, and ideas for building wealth through agribusiness and strategic leadership.

Through projects like Greenerland Agricultural Estate, he is redefining farmland ownership — making it accessible, profitable, and generational.
